Some of the cargo that is discharged requires continuous attendance by a surveyor/ tally man in order to ascertain that the quantity of cargo discharged/ loaded is accurate with that mentioned in the mates receipt/Bs/L. Some cargoes loaded/ discharged require that the weighbridge be monitored in order to avoid any discrepancy in the final weighbridge figures. We perform both.
